Home's Sunday Brunch

Yesterday, three friends and I went out to Home's sunday brunch.

Needless to say, it was a butter filled brunch. A small plate of pound cake and cranberry bread came out accompanied by butter. Jonah promptly spread butter on the poundcake and took a bite before realizing what he had done. Needless to say the bread were quite nice but two big pats of butter? Really?
Kathryn ordered the Croissant sandwich, which I've always wondered about. Myself, I'll eat pretty much anything, but a croissant sandwaich? Butter filled pastry sliced in half and stuffed with egg, meat, and cheese. Now thats how America took a decadent thing from the french and became obese.
I, myself ordered a bloody mary from their build your own blood mary bar. A wonderful sampling of condiments. I love condiments!!! So by the time my meal of beef brisket hash I was swimming in a tomato haze, but certainly remember eating the plainest hash I've had in a long time.
So if you are thinking about trying Home's brunch, do yourself a favor, order a blood mary and pile enough condiments on so you wont need to order anything else.
